You may supply your mobile phone number to use our texting feature (the ability to post opinions by texting them to your account). Your number will never be shared under any circumstance and is only used to route inbound texts to your account.
With your consent we may share or disclose your information, such as when you use a third party web client to access your FlockYou account.
We may disclose your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; or to protect FlockYou's rights or property.
We may share or disclose your non-private, aggregated or otherwise non-personal information, such as the consensus of your posted opinions.
Our service is public and any posted opinions may be viewed or captured by anyone.
Our service exists to provide a public and binary consensus to posted opinions. This information will never be altered, modified, or skewed under any circumstance.
You have the right and ability to remove any posted opinions up until the consensus has meaningful public relevance. At this time you may request the opinion be removed from your account, in which case it will be retained anonymously.
